 CEO of Top Book Sales Inc., founder National Christian Writers Conference, and publishing consultant for Kaizen Publication LLC. He served 21 years in the Navy as a Communication Specialists, Information Systems Manager and Process Improvement Adviser. Known internationally for his ability to identify solutions using process improvement techniques, he has helped writers, authors, infopreneurs and business owners increase their overall marketing and sales performance. He teaches seminars and workshops across the nation to show participants how to develop their ideas using performance based models.

Publisher Weekly called her a “PR Guru”. Pam has worked with many leading organizations in America including the Detroit Free Press, WNIC FM, McDonalds and Ford Motor Company. She has also worked in fund raising and non-profit development promoting the mission, vision and goals of Joy of Jesus and the Salvation Army. The Detroit Free Press describes her as a “Marketing Whiz”. She was awarded “Power Net-worker of the Year” by George Fraser and given a “Woman of Excellence Award” from The Michigan Chronicle.

Pam is the founder of Blacks in Advertising, Radio & Television (BART), a nonprofit networking organization for African Americans in the media. Over a ten-year period, BART has organized professional development meetings, career conferences and created an awards program to honor African American heroes in the industry.

Known as the “Connector,” Pam has mastered the art of connecting the right people, for the right project, at the right time. She is also a past winner of the “One to Watch”, an award from the American Women in Radio and TV – Detroit Chapter and jointly won an Emmy for her work as a producer for “The Edge with Jeffrey Miller” television show.

A graduate from Wayne State University with a B.A. in journalism, Pam confirms that her best training experience started during the five years working in her husband’s automotive marketing communications firm, PMG. Pam and her husband, Marc has a daughter and live in the metro Detroit area.
